Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to software products.
  • Provide timely support and resolution for product-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and performance.
  • Conduct research to identify solutions for recurring product issues.
  • Document technical processes, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences.
  • Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
  • Experience in the FinTech industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
