A reputable organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. This remote role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency with digital productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments using tools like Calendly and Zoom.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with task and project management using tools such as Asana.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other digital collaboration tools.
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
