Job Description
An established company based in Ibadan is hiring a Senior Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations and coordinate logistics systems. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership experience, be highly organized, and capable of driving operational efficiency. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, CorelDRAW, and general tech savviness are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise administrative staff and manage daily office operations and schedules.
- Develop and implement company-wide administrative and logistics policies.
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, and supply chain functions.
- Coordinate transportation, shipping, and delivery logistics.
- Track expenses, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving strategies.
Requirements
- A degree (BA / BSc / HND / MSc / MBA) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration or logistics.
- Must be a male, married, and between 35–48 years old.
- Must be able to work independently and handle pressure.
- Professional certifications in administration or logistics are an added advantage.
- Must reside along the Ojoo/Moniya axis or be willing to relocate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
