Short Description:
A remote-based company is hiring a Bookkeeper Assistant for a long-term, part-time role. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity ideal for candidates with a solid background in bookkeeping and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry
  • Support senior bookkeepers in preparing reports and reconciling accounts
  • Handle invoice processing, billing, and transaction tracking
  • Use QuickBooks and Google Sheets to organize and analyze financial data
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Previous role as a bookkeeper, accounting assistant, or similar position
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Office Suite, particularly Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Must be able to start immediately
