A remote-based company is hiring a Bookkeeper Assistant for a long-term, part-time role. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity ideal for candidates with a solid background in bookkeeping and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry
- Support senior bookkeepers in preparing reports and reconciling accounts
- Handle invoice processing, billing, and transaction tracking
- Use QuickBooks and Google Sheets to organize and analyze financial data
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Previous role as a bookkeeper, accounting assistant, or similar position
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Office Suite, particularly Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Must be able to start immediately
