Short Description:
Next Gen Dev Labs is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the strategic development of the Mently platform. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a strong product mindset and a passion for building impactful SaaS solutions. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to drive innovation, improve user experience, and deliver high-quality products that address real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Translate market research and user feedback into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Oversee product development cycles and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
  • Advocate for user-focused features that enhance the overall experience.
  • Analyze product performance data and recommend areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product management role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical foundation; previous experience as a developer is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and launching complex technical projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a user-first approach and data-driven decision-making mindset.
