Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month

A reputable organization based in Victoria Island, Lagos is hiring a Finance Associate to support financial operations and contribute to the company’s budgeting, reporting, and account reconciliation processes. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid finance background, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and variance analyses.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure supporting documentation is up to date.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records regularly.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts with data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards during audits.
- Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and expense reports accurately.
- Liaise with various departments to streamline financial reporting and data collection.
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Hold an HND or BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of financial principles and reporting standards.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Show strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams.
