Job Summary
A reputable organization in Abule-Egba, Lagos, is hiring a Mid-Level Human Resource Officer to handle core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management. This role requires a candidate with a strong grasp of HR best practices, labor laws, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and workplace concerns.
- Monitor performance reviews and assist with employee development planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; MSc and HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR) are advantageous.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
