Job Overview
A reputable organization is seeking a qualified Legal Officer/HR to provide legal support, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage HR-related legal matters. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in property law, corporate governance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on property, corporate, and contract law to support business operations.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
- Support HR functions by advising on employee relations, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, and corporate governance processes.
- Manage and support dispute resolution, litigation, and legal risk assessment activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess a law degree and a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property law, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with litigation and dispute resolution processes is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases is required.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
