Job Overview
Barnksforte Group Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize the delivery of telecom services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications, service delivery management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end service delivery across Telecom Networks, including Cloud, Core, RAN, and Revenue Management Nodes.
- Ensure timely delivery of services while consistently meeting customer expectations and performance targets.
- Lead and supervise project teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and effectively manage change processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to support service delivery decisions and facilitate sound commercial thinking.
- Present information clearly to both internal teams and clients, while promoting knowledge sharing and mentoring among staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Graduate Degree in Engineering (preferably Telecommunications or IT) or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Service Delivery Management.
- Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead under pressure, manage setbacks, and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
