An established agricultural company in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State is looking to hire a highly proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, overseeing recruitment, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring effective policy implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies in compliance with company goals and Nigerian labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations and handle workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits management.
- Lead employee engagement activities to improve job satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Support performance management systems, including evaluations and career development programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
