Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 per month
About the Role
Catering to Africans In Need (CAIN), a nonprofit organization committed to improving access to education and support for underserved communities, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager. This role focuses on expanding impactful programs, driving fundraising initiatives, and strengthening partnerships to advance CAIN’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of educational and community support programs.
- Lead efforts in fundraising, grant writing, and donor engagement to secure financial resources for programs.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, partners, and sponsors.
- Monitor program performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and reporting on progress to leadership.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or similar roles.
- Strong skills in program expansion, grant writing, stakeholder engagement, and delivering educational programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
