Salary: N180,000 – N200,000
A reputable company in Abuja is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer interactions, resolving inquiries efficiently, and supporting the smooth operation of customer-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Handle difficult situations with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Maintain customer records and update databases using customer service software.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or OND in Mass Communication or a related field; additional training in customer service is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Relevant certifications or training in customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and software.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
