About the Role
An experienced professional is required to lead and manage the trust services division of a reputable organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing public, corporate, and private trust operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the growth of trust services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate all trust business activities within the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders in the trust industry.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and operational requirements in trust administration.
- Drive business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities within the trust sector.
- Provide leadership and direction to the trust services team, ensuring high performance and service excellence.
Requirements
- A minimum of a First Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Must be a qualified legal practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar.
- 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in Nigeria’s trustee sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
