Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work U.S. time zone hours.
- Must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized.
- Candidates must reside in or be willing to commute to Admiralty Way, Lekki.
