Introduction:
May & Baker Nigeria Plc is seeking to engage the services of a qualified Human Resource Officer to support its HR operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth management of employee relations and assist in executing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations and handle basic HR inquiries and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Assist in the coordination of training, performance management, and employee welfare activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Social Sciences.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
- Strong discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is essential.
