Location: Abuja | Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly
A reputable organization is seeking experienced Call Centre Supervisors to oversee and manage daily call center operations. The ideal candidates will ensure excellent service delivery, supervise team performance, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage call center agents to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to call center processes and quality standards.
- Analyze call center metrics and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions promptly.
- Coordinate with HR on staffing, training, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar call center or operations supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
- Familiarity with call center systems, KPIs, and performance improvement strategies.
- HR managers applying must have relevant HR qualifications and experience.
- Must currently reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
