Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month | Loaction: Abuja (FCT)
A reputable organization in Abuja is seeking to hire a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage reception activities and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating positive first impressions and efficiently handling front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle hotel reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using hotel management software.
- Provide accurate information about services, rates, and local attractions.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in hotel management is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems such as Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS.
- Good understanding of travel planning websites like Booking.com and TripAdvisor.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
