Job Overview
An organization is seeking an experienced and highly creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing impactful social media campaigns and driving audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
- Manage multiple social media projects and ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in social media management with clear proof of work (portfolio, case studies, or past projects).
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Excellent communication, writing, and content editing skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative social media content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with CapCut is required.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is an advantage.
