Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in operations or administration

About the Role

An established company in Arepo, Ogun State is looking to hire a skilled General Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. This role requires a proactive professional with strong leadership, digital, and organizational capabilities to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and administrative activities to ensure effective workflow
  • Implement and manage digital tools and process automation for operational efficiency
  • Lead and support HR functions, including staff coordination and performance management
  • Coordinate internal processes, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong supervisory, communication, and digital skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoho, and Trello
  • Experience with CRM systems and process automation is an advantage
  • Strong HR, leadership, and multitasking abilities
  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
