Job Overview
Stanbic IBTC Bank is seeking a Manager – Relationship, ACB to manage client relationships, efficiently resolve complex customer issues, and ensure a seamless brand experience for Africa China Banking (ACB) clients. The role focuses on complaint resolution and dispute management to safeguard client satisfaction and protect the bank’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and complex queries promptly and effectively.
- Ensure consistent, positive customer experiences for Africa China Banking clients.
- Follow established complaint management and dispute resolution processes to mitigate reputational risks.
- Provide accurate information on Stanbic IBTC’s products and services and support clients in their interactions.
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to manage and support Chinese-speaking clients.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Social Science or a related field is required.
- A Master’s Degree or relevant professional certifications would be an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Channels, Call Centre, Helpdesk, Service Support, or Project Implementation and Management.
- Familiarity with Stanbic IBTC’s banking products and services.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
