Job Description

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Reports to: Senior Project Architect

Ultimus Holdings is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Architect to join its team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design with a focus on interior spaces, as well as experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial design projects.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop interior architectural designs from concept through completion
– Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to ensure consistency and quality
– Produce detailed drawings, visualizations, and presentations using industry-standard software
– Coordinate design work with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment

Requirements
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
– Licensed by a recognized architectural regulatory body in Nigeria (e.g. ARCON)
– 3–5 years of professional experience in interior architecture
– Proficiency in Revit Architecture, 3D Max Studio with VRAY, SketchUp with VRAY, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project)
