A reputable company in the oil and gas sector, Petrogap Oil & Gas Limited, is seeking to recruit a Business Development Officer with a strong grasp of upstream operations and project engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong connections in the industry, particularly with IOCs and E&P companies, and possess excellent analytical, networking, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, track, and pursue new business opportunities within the upstream oil and gas sector
- Maintain high-level contact and engagement with IOCs and exploration/production firms
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive revenue and market expansion
- Gather industry intelligence and analyze trends to inform business strategies
Requirements:
- B.Sc degree with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
- Age range: 23 – 35 years
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability in relationship and stakeholder management, networking, and project intelligence
