A financial services firm in Lagos is hiring a Key Account Manager to oversee high-value client accounts and contribute to business expansion. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of financial products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key client relationships by delivering personalized financial solutions
- Act as the main liaison for all client communications and inquiries
- Identify opportunities for account growth and negotiate profitable contracts
- Monitor and report on account performance, forecasting sales and tracking metrics
Job Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines
- 2–4 years of experience in key account or relationship management, preferably within finance or fintech
- Familiarity with investment products including mutual funds, fixed income, and private equity
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Relevant certification is an added advantage
