Overview
Siemens Energy Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to support project delivery efforts across Port Harcourt and Lagos. The role focuses on assisting Project Managers in the coordination of resources, technical planning, quality assurance, and timely project execution. Ideal candidates will have a foundation in project management and a passion for driving successful engineering outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating internal and external teams to ensure effective project planning and execution
- Clarify project objectives and technical requirements with customers to support delivery of tailored solutions
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines while taking proactive measures to reduce risks and non-conformance costs
- Implement and uphold quality control measures through regular inspections and audits
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and submit required reports to relevant authorities
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 1–2 years of experience in Project Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Goal-oriented and highly organized
