Short Description:
Siemens Energy Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to lead technical and administrative operations at both onshore and offshore sites. This role focuses on gas turbine control and mechanical systems, overseeing maintenance, commissioning, and customer service operations while ensuring safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site maintenance, commissioning, and support for gas turbine systems, both preventive and corrective.
- Act as the site leader for technical coordination, team supervision, and administrative interface.
- Identify technical issues early, provide effective solutions, and communicate clearly with teams and clients.
- Plan and schedule personnel and materials for routine operations, ensuring all activities meet safety and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience with gas turbine control and mechanical systems.
- Strong technical proficiency in both control systems and mechanical components is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in onshore and offshore environments, with sound understanding of gas turbine operations.
- Proficiency in MS Windows Suite, electronic hardware handling, and advanced technical documentation interpretation.
