CHF Heron Nigeria Limited is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Brand Manager to oversee its medical skincare product line. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in brand development, sales growth, and team leadership within the healthcare or skincare industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a consistent and compelling brand identity and image
  • Driving revenue and market share through strategic brand and sales initiatives
  • Managing brand presence across territories and ensuring consistent positioning
  • Overseeing distribution channels to optimize visibility and accessibility of products
  • Coordinating with brand owners and stakeholders to align on goals and strategies
  • Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve set objectives

Requirements:

  • HND or BSc degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 6–7 years experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven ability to set and achieve performance targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and proficiency in basic computer tools
