Short Introduction:
A leading fintech company is looking to hire a Senior UX/UI Designer with deep experience in designing user-centric digital products. This remote role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in UX/UI who can translate complex financial services into intuitive and accessible design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire UX/UI design process, from research to final execution.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Design scalable UI systems and contribute to a growing design framework.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a design-driven culture.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates must:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years in a senior product design position, with strong UX experience.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Figma, with mastery in auto layout, component variants, and design libraries.
  • Show proficiency in interaction design, motion design tools (Lottie, After Effects), and responsive design.
  • Possess strong knowledge of accessibility, user psychology, and fintech product design.
  • Be comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments and influencing cross-functional teams.
