A reputable engineering firm, I-Sense Ville Consult, is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new market opportunities and promoting the company’s engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical sales, with experience across civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and convert prospects within industries that require construction and civil engineering services, including roadworks, drainage, and structural projects.
- Drive sales for mechanical engineering projects by targeting clients in manufacturing, industrial, and facilities management sectors.
- Promote electrical engineering offerings such as street lighting, substation services, and power system installations to both government and corporate organizations.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to create tailored solutions that meet client specifications and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales within engineering, construction, or related technical industries.
- Proven success in handling technical sales and managing tenders or contract negotiations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
