Vertex Realty Solutions Limited is currently recruiting for a Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of its property in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing facility systems, supervising staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Supervise facility personnel and coordinate with external contractors
- Monitor and control facility budgets and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives within the facility
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in facility or property management
- Strong background in real estate operations
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and contractor supervision
