Job Description

Co-creation Hub (CcHUB), a leading innovation centre in Africa, is hiring a Portfolio Manager to support and drive the growth of startups within its accelerator and incubator programs. The role focuses on startup development, investment readiness, and effective stakeholder engagement to increase the success rate of supported ventures.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate startups for accelerator/incubator programs, participating in due diligence and selection processes.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and provide strategic support to enhance business growth and investor engagement.
  • Offer tailored advisory and capacity-building support across product development, marketing, fundraising, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Facilitate connections between startups and key stakeholders including investors, partners, and industry experts.
  • Coordinate program activities including workshops, events, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. CFA, ACA, or MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business operations, investments, or portfolio/project management.
  • Proven skills in financial modeling, investment analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with experience supporting high-growth startups.
