A reputable multinational, Contec Global Group, is currently hiring for the role of Sales Coordinator / Secretary. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide administrative support to a busy sales team while ensuring smooth communication with clients and vendors. The role combines clerical duties with sales operations assistance and plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales department
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of clients, transactions, and correspondence
- Generate regular reports on sales targets and pending tasks
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
