Job Description

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Safehouse Construction Company is seeking a skilled Architect to join their team in Ajah, Lagos. The ideal candidate should be experienced in architectural design and supervision, with a strong understanding of building standards and project execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop architectural concepts through to final execution
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project phases
  • Conduct regular site supervision to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety requirements, and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in architectural design and project supervision
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3D Max
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively
