Job Description

Medbury Medical Services is seeking an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager to support the sales and client engagement efforts for its Diagnostics and Occupational Health (OH) services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and managing end-to-end sales and client service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Antigen Rapid Diagnostic Test kits and other OH-related products and services.
  • Build and manage relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring strong account health and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and operational challenges promptly.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle including lead generation, client onboarding, contract documentation, and collections.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and propose growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales, client management, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes and client expectations.
