A reputable company in the consulting and technical services space is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Executive to support smooth business operations. This role involves overseeing administration, procurement, and facility management functions. Ideal candidates should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support and coordinate day-to-day office activities.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee facility management to ensure a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
- Maintain internal records, communication, logistics, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPS, IFMA, or HSE are an added advantage.
- Experience in sectors such as oil & gas, consulting, or technical services is highly preferred.
