Level: L4 – Specialist II / Manager II
Team: Programs
Salary: ₦355,000 – ₦450,000 monthly (based on experience)

A reputable nonprofit focused on empowering African women in technology, She Code Africa is currently hiring a Programs Lead. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, managing, and delivering impactful programs that drive the organization’s mission. This is a remote role based in Lagos, Nigeria, suited to professionals with strong experience in program management and nonprofit or tech-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of programs, from planning and development to implementation and impact assessment.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships, ensuring effective collaboration and results delivery.
• Manage teams and contribute to organizational growth by implementing scalable and sustainable program models.
• Oversee monitoring and evaluation processes, including data collection, performance tracking, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in program design, project management, or nonprofit program implementation.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs within a nonprofit, tech, or community-driven context.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, teams, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and produce high-quality reports.
• Familiarity with Monitoring & Evaluation tools and practices.
