Naijatutors Konnect is a fast-growing virtual tutoring platform linking Nigerian tutors with families abroad. The organization is hiring a remote Human Resource Officer to support its expanding team across various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Support performance evaluation, staff development programs, and training schedules
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations for remote operations
  • Foster a positive virtual workplace culture through engagement and communication strategies
  • Generate HR analytics and contribute to team-wide process improvements

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR or people operations role, preferably in a remote or EdTech environment
  • Proficiency in HR tools such as Zoho People, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage virtual team dynamics
