Job Description

A design-forward, rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand is hiring an experienced E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of their online shopping experience. With a loyal international customer base, strong repeat purchase behavior, and Shopify as their platform, the brand is looking to scale its global presence—and needs a hands-on manager to lead this next phase.

About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the full e-commerce journey—from conversion rate optimization to new product rollouts. This is a fully remote opportunity within a collaborative, international team structure. Reporting directly to the CMO, the role involves close coordination with design, operations, CRM, and customer experience teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the entire Shopify website, including UX, CRO, and site structure
  • Lead product launches, homepage updates, and merchandising strategy
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including designers and developers
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement data-driven improvements
  • Support campaign execution and rollout of new features across the e-commerce platform

Expected Outcomes (First 6 Months)

  • Increase site conversion rates by 20% through testing and optimization
  • Launch at least three new landing pages aligned with key marketing campaigns
  • Develop a repeatable process for successful product launches
  • Establish robust reporting for e-commerce performance and funnel tracking

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience working hands-on with Shopify in a D2C or e-commerce setting
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, UX principles, and CRO strategies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to performance optimization
  • Based in the EMEA region and fluent in English
