A client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. This remote role is ideal for candidates who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain communication, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication professionally
- Create, edit, and manage reports, documents, and presentations
Requirements:
