Job Description
A reputable organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth within its pest control services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow client base
- Understand and clearly communicate product features, competitive advantages, and industry positioning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities
- Source new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
- Manage client engagements from initial contact through to deal closure and post-sale support
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the pest control sector
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales tools
- Ability to drive and maintain a professional client network
- Relevant certifications in Sales and Marketing Management (added advantage)
- Female candidates are preferred for this role
