Job Description

Proten International, a leading HR and business support services provider, is currently hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior-level executives within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of handling complex administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO, COO, or other executive leadership
  • Organize and manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential documents with accuracy and professionalism
  • Serve as the point of contact between executives and both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Track and manage key projects, follow up on deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting C-Level executives in a similar capacity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, work independently, and perform under pressure
