Job Description
Mopheth Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Group Managing Director (GMD). This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the GMD’s schedule, ensuring appointments and meetings are efficiently organized without conflicts
- Monitor and respond to high-priority communications within a two-hour timeframe
- Prepare meeting agendas at least 24 hours in advance and ensure accurate minutes and follow-up actions are documented and shared within 24 hours post-meeting
- Plan and execute business and personal travel arrangements, errands, and logistics efficiently, aiming for 95% on-time and budget-compliant delivery
Performance Evaluation Areas (Quarterly):
- Attitude to work and collaboration
- Calendar management and scheduling accuracy
- Timely handling of official communications
- Meeting preparation and follow-up effectiveness
- Travel and errand execution standards
