Job Description
Proforce Limited, a leading manufacturer of defense and security vehicles in Nigeria, is currently hiring an experienced HR Officer to support its growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR practices, a solid grasp of employment laws, and the ability to handle personnel-related functions in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Draft, review, and respond to memos, queries, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate training and performance appraisal systems
- Support employee relations and address staff concerns professionally
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of HR laws and best practices
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
