General Manager – Real Estate Investment
Job Description
A real estate investment firm based in Victoria Island, Lagos is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead and oversee strategic operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate investments and operational leadership, with the ability to drive growth and improve performance across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, budgets, and performance metrics of the company
- Develop and implement strategic business plans and investment initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards
- Report directly to executive stakeholders on business progress and risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in real estate investment or property management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAGE, SAP, and CRM platforms
