Internal Auditor Needed
Job Description
A reputable organization in the real estate sector is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial records, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough internal audits and evaluate financial and operational processes
- Identify risks, weaknesses, and recommend improvements in control systems
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management for corrective actions
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on resolutions
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of internal auditing experience, preferably within the real estate sector
- Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is mandatory
- Proficiency in audit software, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
