Shalina Healthcare, a reputable multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager to oversee its sales operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, and expanding the company’s distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Break down monthly sales targets by distributor and drive achievement through secondary sales focus
- Define and implement sales territory plans to ensure market coverage
- Support new product launches and promote range selling for increased sales
- Lead the expansion of the distribution network to improve product reach
- Mentor, coach, and train sales representatives to boost their performance
- Collect market intelligence and conduct regular competitor surveys
- Provide timely reports in line with company guidelines
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, preferably in Lagos
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven track record in sales and market development
