Job Description
A luxury beauty and haircare brand based in Lagos is hiring a Social Media Content Creator to help elevate its digital presence. The ideal candidate must be highly creative, trend-aware, and skilled in visual storytelling across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This role requires a blend of content production, editing, copywriting, and strategic thinking, with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish original content including videos, reels, stories, carousels, and photos tailored to each platform.
- Shoot and edit content focused on hair-related products, tutorials, reviews, influencer collaborations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Craft compelling captions, use effective hashtags, and maintain the brand’s visual identity.
- Manage a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posts across all social media channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 2–3 years of hands-on content creation experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in social media content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Proficiency with editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Understanding of trends in beauty, haircare, luxury branding, and social media algorithms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
Schedule:
- Hybrid role: 4 days onsite, remaining days remote
- Flexibility for occasional weekend shoots or events (with prior notice)
