Sewa Capital Limited is hiring a Corporate Finance Analyst to support its investment banking operations. The role involves active participation in deal execution, client engagement, and financial analysis. This is an opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and industry knowledge to contribute meaningfully to corporate advisory and transaction structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry-specific research to identify investment opportunities and market trends
- Support the preparation of client materials such as pitch books and discussion documents
- Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring
- Collaborate with senior team members to execute transactions and manage client relationships
- Prepare marketing materials including information memoranda for ongoing deals
- Maintain active communication with clients throughout the deal execution process
