Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead the development and execution of maintenance strategies that optimize plant performance. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive efficiency while maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a plant maintenance strategy aligned with national goals.
• Monitor key maintenance performance indicators (KBIs) and recommend actions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Use SAP Plant Maintenance to oversee maintenance activities and spare parts utilization.
• Plan and organize annual overhauls for production lines and facilities.
• Lead continuous improvement in preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve uptime.
• Build and develop team capabilities through structured training and mentoring programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Production or Maintenance Management within the Food or Beverage sector.
• Proven experience in budgeting and project execution (e.g., line commissioning, annual maintenance planning).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage change and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans and drive functional sustainability.
