Job Description
President Paints Nigeria Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Costing Officer to support its production and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing production costs, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports to support informed decision-making. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in accounting within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production costs, including raw materials and overheads
- Monitor and report on product margins and periodic cost variances
- Maintain accurate cost accounting records and production worksheets
- Ensure proper stock level checks and raw material verification
- Conduct daily budget quality assurance reviews
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in Accounting or related commercial courses
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong data entry and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate integrity in all tasks
