Job Description
A reputable organization in Port Harcourt is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to handle key financial operations. This role requires a highly analytical professional who is capable of managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and preparing accurate financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and present financial statements in line with regulatory standards
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation
Requirements:
- ICAN or ACCA certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
